I was inspired by the colour of the wine to make shrimp pasta with a creamy rosé sauce.

• My first impressions:
  Blushing coral colour. Light in colour but full in flavour. It is fresh and lightly sweet. It paired perfectly with my shrimp dish.

• Would I buy it again?
  Yes. It made me happy to drink. Next time on a patio.
