Carl Jung Mousseux, Germany

A bottle label of Carl Jung de-alcoholized sparkling wine in black with gold lettering.

I wondered if it would bubble up and pop with a dramatic foam-over. It didn’t.

  • My first impressions:

I enjoyed this more than I expected, especially since I’m usually not a fan of bubbly drinks. The bubbles are gentle. The flavour sits between dry and sweet, with a medium-sweet finish that still feels balanced.

  • Would I buy it again?

Yes. It is a very pleasant wine with just enough bubbles for my taste. It feels right for any celebration.
