St. Regis Cabernet Sauvignon, Spain

I opened this to sip on while I made a veggie-loaded marinara sauce.

  • My first impressions:

Deep red colour. It does not smell or taste like fruit juice. The sweetness feels balanced, and the flavour lingers.

  • Would I buy it again?

    Yes. Solid and affordable.
