Tarapacá Sauvignon Blanc, Chile

A close-up of a wine label from Vina Tarapacá featuring de-alcoholized Sauvignon Blanc, with an illustration of a building and surrounding trees.

I was looking for a wine to enjoy with my tilapia baked with tomatoes, capers, and olives.

  • My first impressions:
It was light and crisp, semi-dry, with only a little fruit juice sweetness. It was a great choice with my fish dinner.

  • Would I buy it again?
Yes. I’ll look for this again. Great price point.
